Fab spot for a long weekend in Madrid!

The location of the hotel is excellent! Right opposite a Metro station and with the most divine authentic Tapas spots and bars and coffee shops within like a 7-min walk. Really lovely, trendy area. The hotel is modern and neat and the rooms are compact, but comfortable with gorgeous views. The mattress and pillows were great too!

When our room was cleaned the coffee pods for the Nespresso machine weren't replenished at all over the 3 nights we stayed there. There weren't any tea bags in the room either, which might just be a Spanish thing to be fair. Small niggles really, but irritating nonetheless.

Perfect hotel for exploring Madrid

Location was excellent, very friendly staff and very tasty food at their Tilda restaurant. Special mention to Bea whose breakfast service was first class, along with her welcome suggestions and local knowledge for places to go during our stay.

Great Hotel in a wonderful City!

Hotel is one of the best I have stayed in! The staff were lovely, they couldn't do enough for you! Breakfast was a very good choice for continental style. They also offer a cooked breakfast menu with a great choice. Location is great, very close to the Metro station and plenty of bars / restaurants. Beds are very comfortable, with good pillows! I had a room with a terrace which was worth the extra!

There wasn't anything I would have changed - maybe to stay longer :)

Wonderful

Pool and location.

We chose to eat breakfast one morning which was disappointing and the waitress failed to tell us that we could order from breakfast menu in addition to the buffet so we didn't know this until it was too late to order.

Great breakfast, close to main square, clean and comfortable but very small room, approachable and friendly staff, nice decor, cute rooftop terrace. Awesome possibility to exchange room cleaning for drink in the bar. Great hospitality!

The hotel location is the best thing, perfect location (metro station-bus stop) everything is around, lovely rooftop pool and restaurant. Rooms are tight but it’s already known.

Very Good

The location was great, a little off the main tourist craziness, but this was a good thing in our view. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and we were very satisfied. We had a courtyard view and really enjoyed the mural on the opposite wall and views down to the restaurant terrace life and planting below.

I read the many reviews mentioning the rooms being small and being Europeans figured this likely wasn't going to bother us, however they are probably the smallest rooms I've experienced in a European hotel. You need to store your small suitcase under the bed to be able to walk around the bed. Also the shower opens out into the room where you need to towel off afterwards. The wash hand basin in the bathroom "cubicle" feels awkwardly recessed. Literally everything is on the limit of having enough space to just be usable. It's the only issue we had with this hotel. Having said that, we got on with it and adapted our usage patterns to suit and it faded away. However a less flexible couple with more luggage would definitely struggle here. Despite this, our trip was fab.

We really enjoyed staying here. The rooftop bar and pool was amazing!

The location was good. The rooftop pool/bar was the major bonus! Everything was new and clean. Breakfast was good too!

How small the room was, there wasn’t really anywhere to put our large suitcase.

Overall, an excellent hotel that was good value for the money.

Good location with a 10 minute walk into the main centre of Madrid. Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly. There was also the added benefit of the pool on the roof which heated at the time of our stay in April. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice. There was also the bonus of being 5 minutes from the nearest Metro, too.

Only a minor issue really, but the room was a little on the small side, but, ultimately it’s a place to rest your head and have a shower so we could live with it.
